Michael Lynch


Michael Lynch is the CEO and Founder of Consept and brings over 30 years of moderation experience to our customers. Mr. Lynch was Executive Vice President of Performance Incorporated, which established more than 110 U.S. and Canadian 20-Groups for the automotive, motorcycle, heavy truck and marine industries. Performance Inc. was merged into ADP in 1998. In addition to providing 20-Group services, Mr. Lynch is considered a leading expert in the areas of information systems processing, variable and fixed operations, and all aspects of financial management. Michael Lynch has long-standing training relationships with Chrysler, General Motors, Ford, Honda, Nissan, BMW, and Toyota. Mr. Lynch was also a founding shareholder of Decisiv Inc. and was its Senior Vice President of Best Practices before splitting off and forming Consept LLC.

Blake Lintelman

Blake Lintelman


Blake Lintelman brings 30 years of experience in the automotive arena, both in retail and corporate functions, as a General Manager of multiple stores and dealer groups, a VP of e-Commerce at AutoNation, and as COO of Optimum Applied Systems, among other upper management positions. Blake has had great success as a process improvement expert, displaying strong analytical aptitude and creativity in his many roles. An effective leader and team builder, Blake has spent much of his professional life taking over underperforming stores and making them sustainably profitable. Blake is also deeply involved in community organizations such as CMA, The Einstein Foundation and the Elks and Masonic organizations.

Larry Peranski

Senior Vice President of Training & Consulting

Larry Peranski is Senior Vice President of Training and Consulting at Consept. Larry leads consulting, training and development efforts for automotive and marine dealers, manufacturers and associations. He has worked with OEMs, dealers and associations on process design, development and implementation. Larry has developed and implemented some of the most successful initiatives in use today including Certified Used Vehicle programs, One Price Selling processes, Customer Centered Selling processes and Lease Termination programs. Starting as a salesman with the highly disciplined Key Royal Automotive Group, Larry eventually became Director of Training and Consulting of the Mid-Atlantic region. He was later named Vice President of National Accounts when Key Royal's consulting company was acquired by Resource Dealer Group. Larry’s retail resume includes sales, finance, new and used vehicle management, general management, dealer principal and automotive group senior executive experience.

Vice President of Professional Services

Michael Larkum is Vice President of Professional Services. After graduating from the College of William and Mary, Michael joined the sales force at a local Honda dealership. While the industry didn’t hold on to him then, he was drawn back after his graduation from Nyenrode Business University, a prestigious Dutch business school. The driver of Consept's Digital and Online Group initiatives, he emphasizes remote learning to increase accessibility and decrease costs. Michael provides his groups with a strong financial foundation and an innovative approach to modern management techniques.

Conor Lynch

Conor Lynch


After graduating from Gettysburg College, Conor went on to receive his MBA from the University of Tennessee in Chattanooga. Not long after receiving his degree, Conor accepted the position of District Manager in the Southeast with Resource Dealer Group in 2012. There he specialized in F&I training, recruitment and business development. He has a proven track record of improving F&I results and overall dealership profitability.

Stephen Smith


Since joining Consept, Stephen has been instrumental in service and parts consulting, data compiling and analysis, and implementing strategies for managers to optimize processes driving dealership profitability. He earned a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Tennessee. Stephen brings a fresh perspective to dealership operations processes and the implementation industry best practices.
